Mohammad Al-Nemah joined Ekuity Capital in 2014 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, Mohammad worked for Kuwait Real Estate Holding Company as Direct Investments Manager for 9 years and with KIPCO Asset Management, ranked amongst the top five investment companies in Kuwait, as Corporate Finance Officer for 2 years. Mohammad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Financial Institutions from Kuwait University, College of Administrative Science. He fluently speaks Arabic and English.

Hichem Ben Hmida

Director of Direct Investments Department

Hichem Ben Hmida is a Chartered Accountant. He joined Ekuity Capital in July 2014 as Director within the Investment Department. Prior to this, Hichem worked for EY as Senior Manager for more than 10 years. He has accumulated a professional experience of 8 years managing multiple Transaction Advisory Services projects and serving significant national and international clients belonging to various industries. He fluently speaks Arabic, English and French.

Abdulrahman Adnen Al Ebraheem

Board Member

Abdulrahman joined Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) as Head of Real Estate Management in the MENA region, Monitoring the Work of Real Estate Portfolios and Preparing the necessary Studies on their Performance. He has experience in legal affairs related to tenants in particular and real estate in general, and in preparing real estate reports to senior management, KIA. Abdulrahman holds an MA in Finance and Financial Institutions from the University of Kuwait.

Hafedh Keskes

Board Member

Hafedh Keskes is a Board Member of STKE. A civil engineering expert and graduate of the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT), he has over 40 years of experience in managing, coordinating, and leading major projects across Tunisia, including hotels, real estate developments, bank headquarters, and clinics. He is the co-founder and manager of the engineering consultancy BEPC and has also served as a consultant for major institutions such as BIAT, Albuhaïra Invest, and the Tunisia Foundation for Development.

Ezzeddine Ferjani joined STKE in June 2016 as a project manager. Before joining STKE, EZZEDDINE worked at SEP as a project manager for 13 years and for SGB as a technician for over a year. Ezzeddine holds a license from STIM Gafsa. He fluently speak Arabic and French.

Hajer joined STKE in May 2015 as a Marketing Manager. Prior to joining STKE, she worked for SITS as Sales Manager for 5 years. Hajer holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from ISG Sousse and a master's degree in Digital Marketing. She is fluent in Arabic and French.
