This was the company’s first project and is taken as both a tourism and real estate project spread over an area of 26 hectares sis at HAMMAMET SUD acquired from the Habitat Foncière Agency. The project was completed after seven years spread over four major steps: Step one: The development work throughout the area that resulted in: Two touristic lots sold for the construction of two hotels SHALIMAR (4 stars) and OCEANA (5 stars). 98 lots of land ranging in size from 400 to 1000m2 sold for the construction of individual villas Step 2: This step consisted of the construction of buildings and commercial premises as follows: 20 villas 21 duplex 13 studios 48 apartments 8 commercial premises Step 3: At this stage, a tourist center “BEACH CLUB” was built to its visitors a restaurant, two swimming pools: a large one and the other for children. Stage 4: At the end of 1998, the company worked on the completion of the last part of this project by constructing 27 appartements sold in the year 2000, in addition to the construction of a leisure and sports area with four tennis courts, one football field and another for handball there were: 20 villas 21 duplex 13 studios 48 apartments 8 commercial premises
